Trim Technician
Wheelhouse Growers is seeking a Trim Technician responsible for hand manicuring cannabis. The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to demonstrate proficiency, organization and attention to detail. Trim Technicians report directly to the Harvest Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Trim and sort cured plant material in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
Manicure excess leaves and stems from flower and consistently producing quality product.
Meet or exceed daily goals and production standards.
Responsible for proper use and maintenance of designated equipment.
Assist new or less experienced personnel in the performance of their duties.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Comply with all company policies including confidentiality and nondisclosure.
Maintain OSHA standards, safety and protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
Experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast paced environment.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must pass all required background checks
